Vallée Noire is aged entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks. This whisky is therefore characterized by spicy, candied fruit notes that enhance its fruitiness. A gourmet whisky, it combines the richness of the Breton and Spanish terroirs. This whisky is made from French barley and aged in the Maison Prulho cellars. This whisky is not chill-filtered and retains its natural color.
